Gina Nordsieck is a proud U.S. Air Force veteran, mother of four, and one of the owners of Handyman Connection of Boise. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and also works in real estate and property management.
At Handyman Connection of Boise, Gina plays an active role in daily operations. She leads the recruitment and onboarding of new craftsmen, assists with customer concerns, and supports CSR Samantha whenever additional office coverage is needed.
Gina enjoys helping both customers and team members and is committed to providing dependable service while continuing to grow the Handyman Connection of Boise team.
Samantha Heisley
Customer Service Representative | Handyman Connection of Boise
Samantha Heisley has called Boise home since 2015 and joined Handyman Connection of Boise in December 2025. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and brings experience in higher education, healthcare, and customer service.
Before joining Handyman Connection, Samantha worked as a Registrar Coordinator and spent several years in healthcare, including in-home care, hospice, dementia and Alzheimer’s care, and at Saint Alphonsus Regional Rehabilitation Hospital. These experiences shaped her patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach to helping others.
At Handyman Connection, Samantha enjoys helping homeowners navigate their projects and making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, camping, cooking, and spending time with her two children. Their family also includes two reptiles, Snoop the bearded dragon and Mustard the Uromastyx.
Chris Nordsieck
Owner & Project Manager | Handyman Connection of Boise
Chris Nordsieck is one of the owners of Handyman Connection of Boise, a proud U.S. Air Force veteran, and holds a degree in Business Management. With a strong hands-on background in construction and property maintenance, Chris has built homes from the ground up and previously worked as an apartment complex maintenance manager.
At Handyman Connection, Chris also serves as Project Manager, helping oversee projects, coordinate craftsmen, and make sure customers are taken care of from start to finish.
Chris has a big heart for people in the community. When he sees a customer who truly needs help, he has been known to donate his own labor or even pay craftsmen out of his own pocket to help get the work completed.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring Idaho with his wife and kids.
